What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online orders.
If you prefer to pay via Venmo, or Zelle, please select “Pay By Cash” at check out – and then submit your payment using your preferred payment method to cranecrafts2024@gmail.com and notify us in the notes section at check-out of how you will be making your payment.
Due to high demand, items will not be held, and custom orders will not be started, until payment has been received.
Where Do I Pick Up My Product?
Our standard pick up area is Commerce Township, MI – however we can also arrange pickup in many cities in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne Counties.

Do You Offer Shipping?
No. At this point, all products area available for local pick-up only. We hope to be adding shipping in the future. Please do not purchase an item, if you are unable to arrange pick-up in our service area.

Is My Wood Product Food Safe?
Yes, all food serving items are seasoned with a blend of food safe mineral oil & organic beeswax! This includes: all cutting boards, trays, charcuterie boards, and cheese cutters. (Home décor items such as planters, birdhouses, etc. are not intended for food usage.)
